Lykon raised 2,5m€ to fight the epidemic of obesity and overweight with sustainable weight management products.
🔑 To be able to open new doors we had to close others at Lykon. Recently, we asked ourselves how we can have even more impact on people's health and wellbeing faster and reach one million customers sooner. 🧐 The short answer is: a. We need to focus on one vertical instead of many to build even better and more customer centric products .🧬 b. Let’s target "sustainable weight management" as according to WHO obesity and overweight is already an epidemic with >54% of the Europeans already being affected causing massive health issues like diabetes 2 and depression. c. Let's be bold. 💪 So we decided to cut corners, partly pivot the Lykon business, restructure, collect funding and bring old and new investors on board.
